Homeowner Association (HOA) & HOA Committees

Who We Are

Homeowner Association (HOA) & HOA Committees

The HOA has a Board of Directors with three board members elected by the community at the annual meeting. The HOA also has a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer who are appointed by the Board of Directors.  In order to make sure that the HOA is properly handling all aspects of community life, the HOA has formed several advisory committees. All of these positions are staffed by volunteers from the community. The HOA also hired a management company to handle a variety of responsibilities such as collecting dues, paying bills, and monitoring the HOA contracts on a day-to-day basis.

The HOA also has several committees:

Trees / Landscaping / Snow Committee – Manages the lawn, landscaping, trees and snow removal, on HOA property.

Architectural Committee – Surveys all houses in the community once a year to make sure all houses and lots are in compliance with covenant requirements. They also evaluate all proposed exterior alterations and ensure that all changes are in accordance with HOA covenants.

Townhouse Advisory Council – Townhouse owners advise the Board of Directors on issues that are specifically related to the townhouses.
