The builder used Duron paint for the exterior of the townhouses when they were built. Since Duron is no longer available, the TAC worked with Sherwin-Williams to find similar paint colors. The link below, titled Townhouse Paint Selection, shows the Sherwin-Williams paint colors for each townhouse. You are not required to use Sherwin-Williams paint or the color selected for your townhouse. However, should you wish to deviate from the selected color, you must submit an Exterior Alteration Application (see link below) and wait for approval prior to painting. You must submit a color swatch with your application.
