The HOA no longer allows payments via Paypal. Paypal was costing the HOA over $800 a year.

Collection Policy
The Trails at Woodlot Homeowner Association Board of Directors considers the timely payment of the Association dues CRITICAL to the successful management of the Association. Dues that are not paid on time are subject to this Collection Policy.
Owner/Renter Email Registration Form
The HOA uses email to send HOA fee assessment invoices and important community notices. Owners are required to provide at least one valid email address and may have up to two email addresses on file. Click the link to get the registration form. Don’t forget to let the HOA know if you change email addresses.
